Helpful Information for Making a Gift Bequest

  2. GraceWorx is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Florida.

  3. Sample bequest language:

    I bequeath the sum of $________ or _________% of my estate to GraceWorx, Attn: Finance Department, 2080 W Granada Blvd., Ormond Beach, FL 32174, to be used for its work in teaching the Bible verse by verse through mass media.

  4. Please consult an attorney if you have questions about creating or amending your will or trust.

  5. Finally, please let us know if you’ve included a gift for GraceWorx in your will or trust. While doing so is certainly not mandatory, it will allow us to acknowledge your gift and properly thank you for your faithful support.
